Our client, a prominent Our Client, is searching for a skilled IT - Program Manager to manage multiple facilities projects, including Capital Improvement Projects (CIP), ADA compliance upgrades, and the implementation of electronic keys (Medeco System).

What you'll be doing...

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction phases of municipal infrastructure projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Participate in weekly scrum meetings with the Data Services Management team
• Lead project design meetings and maintain effective documentation management
• Facilitate information flow and proactive communication to avoid potential problems
• Manage project goals, schedules, and resources effectively across departments
• Ensure project correspondence and communication are current, properly filed, and stored
• Adhere to budget constraints by monitoring expenses

The right person has...

Preferred qualifications include experience in supporting project managers in technical or operational settings. Also, strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus!
