Industrial Line Technician

(Direct Hire)

Pay : 23-30 / hr

Description :

We are seeking an Industrial Line Technician for a direct hire opportunity on a rotating day shift. This role is ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude, a sense of urgency, and experience in automated equipment maintenance. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and changeovers on high-speed production lines in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and maintain automated bottling / canning lines
• Perform preventive maintenance and document all work
• Set up new product lines (15–35 minute changeovers)
• Replace motors and gearboxes
• Collaborate with the quality department
• Work with Allen Bradley machines (500 & 505 series) using Micrologix programs
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Schedule :

Schedule : Rotating Day shift (2-2-3), 12-hour shifts from 5 : 45 AM to 6 : 00 PM

Qualifications :

Required :

o High school diploma or GED

o 1–3 years of maintenance experience on automated equipment or recent tech school graduate (e.g., Alexandria Technical College)

o Strong sense of urgency

Preferred :

o Electronics

o Experience in food / beverage industry

o Recent changeover

This is a Permanent position based out of Cold Spring, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00 / hr.
