This position is based in Jacksonville, FL, serving patients in Duval County, FL, and surrounding areas.

Your role as a Home Hospital Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Home Hospital RN, you'll bring exceptional care directly to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and heal safely. This position is unique and doesn't require the Medicare OASIS documentation. This specialized division within our agency primarily provides patients with higher acuity treatments and education surrounding more acute complications such as :

• TPN administration
• Chest tubes
• Lab Draws
• IV Therapy / Maintenance
• Wound vacs / wound care
• Post-surgical rehabilitation
• Respiratory care
• Patient and caregiver education
