[job_card.job_description]A valid and unrestricted California medical license. Board eligible or board certified in a specified area of medical specialty (ABMS or AOA). Completion of an accredited postgraduate training program. Full‑time opportunity. Incoming physician will join two partners. Shared call. Excellent work–life balance. Employment status with a 2‑year shareholder track. Signing bonus and relocation assistance. Health care benefits + 401(k) matching. Malpractice insurance. 6 weeks time off annually. PSLF eligible.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat various medical conditions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough medical examinations and histories.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide clear and concise medical information.
- Foster a collaborative and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Document medical findings, diagnoses, and treatment plans; ensure coding and billing compliance.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging; perform procedures as needed; collaborate with specialists for further evaluation.
- Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals; participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions; provide consultative services.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives; review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement; implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice; stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements; participate in quality audits.
- Stay abreast of medical advancements and best practices; participate in ongoing medical education and training; contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments; diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement patient care plans; prescribe medications and therapies; provide health promotion and disease prevention education.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals; consult with physicians and specialists as needed; coordinate patient care across various settings.
