Du bist mitverantwortlich, dass der Hertz 24 / 7 Maintenance Prozess (Schadensaufnahme, TV, Inspektion etc.) reibungslos abluft. Du hilfst bei der Planung und Kontrolle der Installation unserer Hertz 24 / 7 in-car-Technologie. Du untersttzt in der Flottenberwachung (Flottenrotation etc.). Du untersttzt die Steuerung der Dienstleister in der Fahrzeugaufbereitung. Du berwachst die Technologie der Hertz 24 / 7-Flotte. Du bist Ansprechpartner fr unsere B2B2C und B2B Kunden in Bezug auf Operationsfragen zur Hertz 24 / 7 Flotte. Du untersttzt unseren Customer Service im Back Office in allen Fragen zur Hertz 24 / 7 Flotte und der Hertz 24 / 7 in-car Technologie. Du stattest neue Kunden mit der Hertz 24 / 7-Technologie (Fahrzeuge mit Hertz 24 / 7 in-car Technologie, Instore App an den iPad Terminals etc.) aus und trainierst die B2B als auch B2B2C Mitarbeiter darin. Du erstellst regelmige Reports / Analysen fr Firmen-Kunden. Du erledigst administrativen Aufgaben (Rechnungsstellung fr B2B Kunden etc.).

Du bist ein Teamplayer, der andere mit seiner ausgeprgten Hands-On-Mentalitt berzeugen kann. Du punktest mit Deiner Kommunikationsfhigkeit und Deiner Eigeninitiative. Du arbeitest besonders sorgfltig, strukturiert und selbststndig in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld und hast dabei stets ein sehr hohes Qualittsbewusstsein. Du besitzt ein sehr gutes technisches Verstndnis und gute analytische Fhigkeiten. Du bist flexibel einsetzbar und mobil. Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmnnischen oder technischen Bereich oder einen Abschluss in Business Administration / Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder verwandten Bereichen. Du bringst idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Car Sharing, Reiseverkehr oder im Vertrieb mit. Zu Deinen Hard Skills zhlen sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ein guter Umgang mit MS Office.
