Role Summary
Seeking Program Manager with strong healthcare IT expertise to drive large-scale programs across payer, provider, and digital health initiatives. This role requires strategic leadership, cross-functional delivery management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program strategy, roadmap, and governance for healthcare technology initiatives.
- Oversee multi-project delivery (EHR / EMR, claims, interoperability, digital health).
- Manage budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely, compliant execution.
- Partner with executives, business, and technology leaders for alignment and reporting.
- Drive team leadership, PMO best practices, and stakeholder communication.
