The Role :

Location : Haltom City, TX / Fort Worth

Assignment duration : Start ASAP and work 6 months with a possibility of extension

TX license preferred.

Shift : 4x10 or 5x8 or 3x12.

Patient type : Adult / Geriatric.

Prefer 2 years of experience.

Direction.

Spinals / epidurals not required. Locals preferred.

Types of cases : All but OB.

EMR : Epic.

Additional License Requirements : 2 years experience.

Credentialing timeline : 120+ days. The site is switching to a new system and will not start accepting new applications till next month sometime.
