Today we are hiring ( 30 ) Physical Therapist-PTs - For Home Health In Lansing, Michigan. We’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our home health physical therapists collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans.

The Open Locations : Jackson, Lansing, Atlanta, Charlevoix, East Jordan, Gaylord, Gladwin, Howell, Mio, Mount Pleasant, Lapeer, Port Huron, Romulus, Roscommon, Alpena, Cadillac, Cass City, Davison, Eureka, Grand Blanc, Grayling, Oswego, Owosso, Petoskey, Richmond, Saginaw, West Branch, Marlette

Qualifications   required :

Bachelor's degree or higher

Healthcare (1+ years)

1+ years of experience in ANY of the following :

Electronic Medical Record (EMR)

Other EMR

Practice Partner EMR

Valid Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan (MI)

Valid Regular Driver License (DL)

    • We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with :

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
  • Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working / Michigan State.
  • Minimum of (1) year healthcare experience
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to / from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software Schedule and Shift Details

    • Monday-Friday; 8 : 00a / 9 : 00a-5 : 00p (PT within this schedule) Travel

    Local travel to residential homes
