COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Competitive Salary :

New Graduates : $240,000 annually

  • Experienced Dentists : $265,000 annually
  • After two years : Salary increases to $280,000
  • Annual Retention Bonus : $7,000
  • Sign-on Bonus : $15,000
