We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented Per Diem Home Health Aide (HHA) to serve patients throughout the South Bay. In this essential role, you will collaborate closely with our Director of Nursing, clinical staff, and office team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care while assisting patients with daily living and personal care needs.At Health Link, we pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive, collaborative work environment. Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
Use medical equipment safely and address patient safety needs.
Monitor skin care to prevent tissue breakdown.
Take and record vital signs.
Follow established care plans and report changes to supervising nurses.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Valid California HHA License
Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
Flexibility to cover a 15–25 mile radius
Minimum 1 year of HHA or caregiving experience
First Aid and CPR Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent
Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills
Job Type : Per Diem
Pay : $60,000- $70,000 DOE + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
This is NOT a contract position.
