Executive Operator for a high-growth marine supplies distributor based in Tampa. This COO role offers a hands-on opportunity to build scalable systems, lead multi-acquisition integration, and influence every aspect of the business as it scales from $15M to $50M in revenue.

Requirements
Proven M&A Integration Leadership : Experience owning post-close integrations is non-negotiable. This role demands a COO who leads from the front, rallies the team around a clear vision, and drives execution with a "get things done" mindset.Hands-On Operations Expertise : This isn’t an Ivory Tower gig. You need to be in the trenches daily, intimately knowing the business challenges, solutions, and priorities. Being a true partner to ownership means mastering the details to prepare for efficient scaling.Strong Financial & P&L Acumen : They want a leader who partners closely with the Owner and finance team to manage the P&L, understand margin drivers, and leverage KPIs and dashboards for data-driven decisions that boost operational efficiency and profitability.Responsibilities
