Role specifics and benefits : Under the supervision of a licensed PT youll contribute to treatment teams by implementing treatment plans guiding patients through therapeutic exercises gait and balance activities ROM and strengthening sessions activities of daily living training and assistive device education. Youll monitor patients responses communicate progress to the supervising PT and document clearly in the electronic medical record. Youll support clinicians with equipment setup therapy modalities as delegated and safety protocols.
