Key Responsibilities
Own the monthly CRM content strategy and content plan
Write and adapt content for email, WhatsApp, and SMS for different segments and funnel stages
Build campaigns and automated flows in Customer.io, ensuring quality assurance before sending
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in CRM / lifecycle / email marketing
Strong content thinking with the ability to create conversion-driven messaging
Experience in creating FOMO-based communication
Ability to think strategically and not just follow briefs
Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus
