[job_card.job_description]Caseload That Works for You : Manageable average of 15 patients per day, allowing for meaningful patient interactions and work-life balance. Setting and Patients : Inpatient Adult / Women s Specialty or Adolescents; Optional PHP / IOP work available in the afternoons. Consistent Schedule : Monday-Friday daytime hours with minimal weekends and on-call requirements. Arrangement : Employed W-2 or 1099 available. Collaborative Culture : Be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to innovative and compassionate mental health care. Education : NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required. Certifications : Post graduate PMHNP certificate required. Licensure : Current Texas APRN license in good standing. Credentialing : Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers. Required Experience : 3+ years prior PMHNP work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
