0.5FTE Half-Time Job Share Outpatient Family Medicine or MED/PEDS Physician

Position Details:
- Full scope family medicine practice seeing newborns to geriatric patients
- 2.5-day work week averaging 17-20 patients/day
- New-born rounding at 1 Hospital: Sharp Mary Birch
- Level III NICU
- Group averages 3,500+ deliveries per year (30 employed OBGYNs in the group)
- Starting year 1 guarantee salary of $132,500.00 - Compensation does not include productivity/bonuses. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
- SIGN-ON BONUS
- Full comprehensive benefits package including pension plans and 401K
- PAID VACATION, CME and SICK time including annual CME allowance.
- Shareholder track (4 years for 0.5FTE)
- PAID MALPRACTICE
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible
- Malpractice coverage provided by the medical group
- Shared call (phone call only) across a large provider pool
- Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine or Med/Peds
- Board certification required within 2 years of employment.
- EPIC EMR utilized system-wide
