Litigation Paralegal

Highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Denver. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of complex civil litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation or construction defect. Duties and Responsibilities :

• Case management from inception through trial.
• Monitor court docket and track internal and external deadlines.
• Draft and review pleadings and motions.
• Assist with all aspects of discovery, including preparing disclosures, discovery requests and responses, proposed case management orders, document productions, subpoenas, etc.
• Review document productions, including bates label and indexing.
• Trial preparation, including working with other members of the trial team and vendors to create exhibits, demonstratives, checklists, and more.
• Attending trial as needed.
