AEO Powersports is searching for a highly skilled A-Level Service Technician to join our fast-moving service department in Murrieta, California—right in the heart of Southern California’s dirt bike and off-road scene. Position Overview

As an A-Level Service Technician, you’ll handle advanced diagnostics, repairs, and performance work across a wide range of powersports vehicles. This role is for a technician who takes pride in their work, understands efficiency without cutting corners, and thrives in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Service and maintain dirt bikes, off-road motorcycles, ATVs, and other powersports units
• Execute engine, suspension, electrical, and performance-related repairs
• Maintain accurate and timely repair documentation
• Work efficiently while delivering top-tier workmanship
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts to ensure smooth workflow
• Uphold shop safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as an A-Level Powersports or Motorcycle Technician
• Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Deep knowledge of dirt bikes, off-road, and high-performance motorcycles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Passion for riding, racing, and the powersports lifestyle
