Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic policy questions, billing inquiries, ID card requests and coverage changes
• Appointment Setting
• Support agency goals by building strong customer relationships
• Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, scanning and data entry as needed
• Provide quotes when appropriate
• Answer incoming calls, emails and office visits in a professional, welcoming manner
