Key Responsibilities
Build and execute account plans to drive growth and retention
Cultivate relationships with executive stakeholders and decision-makers
Act as a trusted advisor to ensure clients maximize value from the platform and services
Required Qualifications
10+ years of B2B SaaS account management or enterprise sales experience in MarTech
Proven ability to achieve or exceed growth and retention targets
Experience managing multi-location enterprise brands
Experience selling into a portfolio of enterprise-level C-suite contacts
Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) and account management tools
