Position Overview:

Join CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic as we launch an innovative Pulmonology service line aimed at enhancing our capacity to deliver exceptional ICU, CCU, Trauma, and general pulmonology services. Our goal is to establish a dedicated pulmonology clinic, stabilize services in the region, and provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care to our community.

Practice Highlights:

• Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Procedures: Perform simple in-office procedures (e.g., spirometry) and advanced procedures depending on your expertise (e.g., thoracentesis, bronchoscopy)
• Equipment Access: Potential access to PFT machine and advanced imaging (CT, PET) at the hospital; Lab/X-ray services available within the clinic.
• Call Type: Participate in ER and clinic call, with critical care coverage provided by the hospitalist group and ER call focused specifically on pulmonology.
• EMR Systems: Utilization of Epic electronic medical records.

Ideal Candidate:

• Fellowship-trained in Pulmonology
• Experience preferred
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not mandatory
