Experience in evaluation, review, auditing, or supervisory roles, or in teaching and mentoring. Strong understanding of compliance and ethical considerations in the legal profession. Outstanding written communication skills for professional feedback. Previous experience reviewing AI-generated content or training data. Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in law. Ability to translate expert legal knowledge into clear, structured explanations. Comfortable with evolving guidelines and providing iterative feedback. Subject matter expertise in the legal field. Risk awareness and safety judgment. Adherence to guidelines. Ability to provide clear corrective feedback. Professional integrity and respect in communication. Maintain strict confidentiality and data protection. Apply guidelines consistently across all reviews. Adapt evaluation approach as standards evolve. Communicate professionally, unbiasedly, and respectfully at all times. $70 to $85 per hour, based on expertise, with additional bonuses for key contributions. Starts with a paid trial period. Paid bi-weekly based on tracked hours. Fully remote position with flexible deadlines. Employment type : Contract, available in part-time and full-time options.
Role Overview
The Paralegal and Legal Assistant Evaluator is a critical role that involves assessing task submissions that require specialized knowledge in the legal field. This position ensures that content is both compliant with established guidelines and accurately reflects real-world legal standards.
As a trusted subject matter expert, you will employ formal evaluation criteria and your professional judgment while adhering strictly to safety and compliance protocols.
