A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative - Part-time Contractor.
Key Responsibilities :
Respond to inquiries from schools and educators promptly via email, phone, and text
Manage and maintain the support inbox, ensuring all queries are handled efficiently
Monitor the internal communications channel and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications :
Passion for companies with a positive social impact and the education sector
Experience and / or strong knowledge of the education sector is a big plus
Background in customer service or customer success is helpful
Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Google Suite is beneficial
