About the Role :

The Cashier plays a vital role in the accommodation and food services industry by ensuring smooth and efficient transaction processing for customers. This position is responsible for accurately handling payments, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a friendly and welcoming environment. The Cashier acts as the first point of contact for guests, contributing significantly to their overall experience and satisfaction. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are essential to prevent errors and maintain operational flow. Ultimately, the Cashier supports the business’s financial integrity and customer retention through reliable and courteous service.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
