We're looking for a passionate and data-driven Head of Product Marketing to help shape the narrative and go-to-market strategy for our products. You'll play a pivotal role in introducing our products to the world, and building a strong community, brand and userbase for them. This role requires a deep understanding of crypto trends, user behavior, and the ability to translate complex features into clear, compelling messaging.

Responsibilities

Brand : Review, develop, and manage brand identity and strategy for Anagram

Comms : Manage comms for Anagram holding company, as well as for products that Anagram launches

Go-to-Market (GTM) : Plan and execute GTM strategies for new products Anagram builds

Positioning & Messaging : Develop compelling positioning, and value propositions for different audiences (e.g., developers, retail users, institutions).

Content & Collateral : Take ownership of creating core marketing assets including product explainers, website copy, one-pagers, blog posts, X posts, and presentations.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with the Build Team to ensure alignment on key initiatives.

Analytics & Optimization : Track performance of product marketing campaigns and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

Diverse and generalist skill set focused on product marketing - with ability to manage broader marketing, comms, and brand

3+ years of product marketing experience ideally at a crypto-native company.

Deep understanding of the crypto technology, and ecosystems, with personal or professional experience using crypto-native products. Strong grasp on the unique nature of Product Marketing in the crypto industry.

Experience working across the full marketing funnel from awareness to retention.

Familiarity with community platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, X / Twitter).

Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with an eye for detail.

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, remote environments.

Ability to work on multiple different products in parallel.
