Director of Credentialing and Enrollment

A company is looking for a Director, Provider Credentialing & Enrollment (NCQA).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of provider credentialing and payer enrollment on a national level

Manage a national team to ensure consistency in hiring, training, onboarding, and skill development

Ensure compliance with health plan requirements related to provider certification and credentialing

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in payer enrollment and / or managed care credentialing

Comprehensive knowledge of NCQA standards and compliance with payers

Extensive people management experience

Ability to function independently and manage multiple projects
