Position Description

Responsible for managing UAT environment configurations, version control of test scripts / data, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Oversees defect lifecycle tracking, requirements traceability, and CMMI Level 3 quality gate reviews. Configures and administers UAT tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM), supports test data preparation, and validates environment readiness. Collaborates with Test Analysts, SMEs, and BAs to resolve discrepancies. Prepares progress / defect reports for stakeholders and aligns activities with SAFe Agile delivery cycles. Requires 5+ years' QA / configuration experience in ERP / financial systems, strong tool skills, and excellent communication.
