About the Role :

We are a boutique, high-performance Farmers Insurance-affiliated insurance agency going into our next phase of growth. Were looking for a licensed California Property & Casualty Producer who is hungry, self-driven, and ready to build a six-figure career in a lean, modern, no-nonsense sales environment.

You will be the agencys lead producer and play a key role in shaping our future. If you are motivated, coachable, and thrive with autonomy, you will absolutely succeed here.

W2 Position + Base Salary + Strong Commission

Base Salary : $48,000 $55,000 depending on experience

New Business Commission : 30%

Renewal Commission : 10% (After 3rd year of employment)

Bonus Structure : Monthly + quarterly bonuses for hitting goals

Responsibilities

What Youll Do :

Sell Personal Lines (Auto, Home, Umbrella, Specialty) and Small Commercial

Build your own pipeline with agency support and systems

Work internet leads + cross-sell current book

Follow a proven sales process (scripted and coached)

Produce 12 policies daily once fully ramped

Focus 100% on selling our service team handles service & retention

Requirements

California P&C License required

Life / Health License a bonus

Minimum 3 year of sales experience (insurance, automotive, mortgage, solar, real estate, or similar)

Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Strong communicator, comfortable on the phone

Someone who thrives with autonomy and ownership

Coachability with a hunger to grow
