Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in employment litigation, including wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases.
• Draft, cite-check, and proofread pleadings, discovery requests / responses, and trial documents.
• Manage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track critical deadlines.
• Conduct fact and legal research, organize evidence, and prepare case summaries.
