Travel Consultant

A company is looking for a Travel Consultant, After Hours Support.

Key Responsibilities

Book and exchange air records, hotels, cars, private car services, and buses according to client needs

Handle invoicing during off-peak times for group hotels and buses

Manage incoming calls and emails while multitasking to complete tasks promptly

Required Qualifications

Strong client-service orientation

3+ years of experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)

Knowledge of travel-specific systems (e.g., GDS, Concur)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment
