A company is looking for a Senior Lead Engineering Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead innovation initiatives and launch new security service offerings

Oversee engineering programs for strategic security products, ensuring partner go-to-market readiness

Execute cross-functional programs and align execution with organizational strategy and performance metrics

Required Qualifications

Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent

10+ years of experience in management and strategic planning, including 5+ years managing large, complex projects

Active TS / SCI clearance or eligibility to obtain

Required : BS / BA degree; Preferred : MBA

Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
