Logistics Specialist

Job Description

This role involves working on high-level strategy and design, as well as implementing logistics processes that ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. The successful candidate will engage in problem-solving, basic mathematics, communication, and customer service to support our carrier partners and enhance our transportation network.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies within the transportation services network carrier base.
• Collaborate with teams to drive process improvements that enhance service, iterate technology, and improve carrier performance engagement and growth.
• Develop and deliver key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to facilitate critical business decisions across customer-facing programs.
• Extract data from various databases using Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, SQL, and other data management systems.

Work Environment

The position is  100% onsite  with shift schedules available from Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday. This role offers an opportunity to learn and grow within transportation teams, providing an entry-level corporate role that supports business ramp-up periods.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00 / hr.
