A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Counselor to provide exceptional service and support to customers in their home ownership journey.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to customers who are behind on home loan payments, demonstrating professionalism and empathy
Assess customers' financial situations and collaborate to find suitable solutions for payment delinquency
Utilize negotiation skills to establish feasible payment plans while ensuring compliance with company policies
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in collections or a similar role
Proven track record of achieving outstanding customer satisfaction
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Willingness to maintain a high level of integrity
Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred
