The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000. For roles within California the range is $68,640 - $82,200 and Washington is $77,968 - $82,000. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performance and identify areas of improvement. Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for enhancing warehouse operations.

Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, facilitating regular and effective dialogue among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
