An upscale, high-volume restaurant is seeking an AM Front of House Manager to lead breakfast and lunch operations. You’ll set the tone for the day—owning breakfast service (including in-room dining / amenities and support for meetings / banqueting events), supervising lunch on the floor, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the afternoon team. This is a hands-on, guest-facing leadership role with light administrative responsibilities.
What You’ll Do
Lead AM floor operations : opening procedures, pre-shift, guest flow, service standards
Oversee breakfast service, including IRD / amenities ; support meetings & small banqueting events
Supervise lunch service; maintain a calm, polished presence during peak periods
Coach, train, and mentor FOH team members; uphold appearance, safety, and sanitation standards
Collaborate with chefs and senior management on breakfast menu offerings and daily priorities
Manage takeout platforms, the breakfast barista team, and the brunch program
Support cash handling / end-of-shift reporting and clear handoff notes to PM leadership
What You Bring
1+ years as a Breakfast / Lunch Manager (or similar FOH leadership) in an upscale restaurant
Excellent people and communication skills; patient, high-integrity leadership style
Calm under pressure; strong problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through
Experience with In-Room Dining a plus; hotel experience a plus
Familiarity with POS / reservation systems helpful (e.g., Micros / Toast, OpenTable / Resy)
