Quality Inspector

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Quality Inspector.

Position Type : Full time Contract

Duration : 06-12 Months

Location : Orlando, FL, 32804 (Onsite)

As a Quality Inspector, you will :

• The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves inspecting, testing, and sampling materials, parts, and products to ensure they conform to all specifications and quality standards. The Quality Inspector works under limited supervision and follows standard procedures and practices to complete tasks.
• Essential Functions :
• Conduct routine inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards and internal and customer specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments and testing equipment to inspect products and materials.
• Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality databases.
• Identify and report any defects or non-conformities and collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
• Perform audits and inspections of processes and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety regulations and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and production staff on quality standards and inspection techniques.
