Title : Accounting Specialist - Sales Tax & Billing

Location : Nashville, TN (west side) | On-site

Employment Type : Full-Time

This role focuses on sales tax preparation and filing as well as customer billing , ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file monthly, quarterly, and annual sales tax returns.
• Maintain accurate tax records and monitor regulatory changes.
• Generate and process customer invoices promptly and accurately.
• Reconcile billing data with contracts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end close and maintain documentation for audits.

Qualifications

Pay Details : $58,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
