Patent Litigator, In-House Counsel

Our team handles various intellectual property matters, including intellectual property litigation, patent acquisition, anti-counterfeit / brand enforcement, patent licensing, and intellectual property policy / outreach. Our talented attorneys and professionals have worked on some of the largest and most complex matters, and we are excited to be bringing on someone new.

Samsung seeks a talented junior to mid-level litigator to manage a docket of patent infringement matters out of our Mountain View location. As a part of this team, you will be tasked to own and solve problems. You will be at the forefront of federal court practice along with the potential of being a part of grounding breaking patent law issues. In addition, this lawyer will have the opportunity to work on non-patent intellectual property matters, including Samsung's anti-counterfeit / brand enforcement efforts. Position Responsibilities

• Manage high exposure patent litigation matters
• Oversee the preparation of witnesses for depositions, hearings, and trial
• Formulate winning litigation strategies and tactics
• Assist in drafting and reviewing briefs, motions, and court pleadings
• Manage litigation fees and costs
• Coordinate internal document collection and production
• Advise management and internal teams on impactful issues
• Assist with anti-counterfeit / brand enforcement matters
• Attend industry conferences to gain insights and network with peers

$192,300 - $264,550 USD
