Assignment Highlights :

Location : Elmsford, NY

Setting : On-Site Occupational Health Clinic (Industrial / Manufacturing)

Contract Type : Locum Tenens

Schedule : Wednesdays & Fridays | 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM

Dates :  Nov 26, Nov 28, Dec 3, Dec 5, Dec 10, Dec 12, Dec 17, Dec 19, Dec 24 (9 total shifts)

Patient Population : Adults Only (Employee Population)

Environment : Modern facility with on-site lab and triage resources

Support : RN, MA, and Occupational Health Administrator

EMR : Proprietary occupational health system designed for efficiency

Clinical Scope & Responsibilities :

Provide evaluation, treatment, and follow-up for work-related injuries and illnesses

Conduct pre-employment, return-to-work, and annual physicals

Administer vaccinations, drug screens, and wellness counseling

Collaborate with safety and HR teams on workplace health initiatives

Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance (OSHA, DOT, HIPAA)

Focus on prevention, safety, and evidence-based patient management

Candidate Requirements :

Licensure : Active and unrestricted New York PA License

Certifications : BLS required; DOT / FMCSA preferred

Experience : Minimum 1 year of occupational medicine, urgent care, or primary care

DEA : Active and unrestricted

Attributes : Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously
