The Health System Administrator (Deputy Director) serves in the Executive Leadership role as the primary backup to the Executive Director / CEO of the Miami VA Healthcare System. The Deputy Director is responsible for the oversight of administrative functions associated with Financial, Human Resources, Business / Research Compliance, Privacy, and Information Technology. The Deputy Director is responsible for business management, for leading stakeholder engagement to explore customer needs, programs, and objectives.
