• Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
• Utilize our proven lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, providing clear and actionable advice at every step.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and high-performing environment.
• Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis to provide clients with comprehensive information.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate trends and market conditions to offer informed guidance.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients, turning leads into loyal, long-term partnerships through exceptional service.

• Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Proven track record of working independently while contributing to a team, demonstrating reliability and collaboration.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for lead generation and client management, enhancing your efficiency and reach.
