A company is looking for an Analyst, Payroll to support the US Payroll department.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with bi-weekly / semi-monthly payroll processing and reconciliation
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
Collaborate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate employee data flow
Required Qualifications
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, HR, or related field
3-5 years of payroll or HR data experience
Experience and proficiency in payroll systems, preferably Workday Payroll
Experience working in a SOX controlled environment
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (v lookups, pivot tables, formulas)
