Reporting to the Assistant Director for Student Accommodations, this position is responsible for coordinating, administering, monitoring, and maintaining high standards for the university’s proctored exam services, supporting students with approved accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable policies. Exercise independent judgment in interpreting and applying rules and regulations.
This role involves extensive involvement and frequent collaboration with students, faculty, SASS staff, and campus partners to ensure that testing accommodations are implemented accurately and equitably. The coordinator will schedule exam appointments, oversee exam logistics, supervise part-time proctors, and uphold academic integrity. Independently advise students, staff, and faculty regarding the program, policies, procedures, and activities. As part of a broader commitment to equity, access, and student success, the Testing Center Coordinator contributes meaningfully to SASS’s mission to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports the retention and achievement of all students with disabilities.
This is a primarily in-person position at EWU, offering an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, collaborative, and student-centered professional to shape a growing service area through innovation and initiative.

The salary for this position is $44,868 (minimum) up to $48,036. Where the hired candidate will begin within this range is dependent on education, experience, and skills.
