Join our Internal Float Pool : Looking for a dynamic night shift role that offers variety, challenge, and significant growth? As an essential part of our Internal Float Pool, you'll rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center. Each shift presents new opportunities to expand your clinical skills.

Responsibilities : Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process while ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Engage with patients and families, anticipate changes, conduct relevant assessments, and develop individualized care plans.

Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license in your state and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Education : Completion of an accredited Nursing program.

Required Experience : Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Holistic patient care, clinical decision-making, proficient computer skills, and excellent communication abilities.
