Schedule Details :

Self-Scheduled

3rd Shift (7pm-7 : 30am)

36 hours per week (12-hour shifts)

2 Mondays & 2 Fridays every 6 weeks

1 weekend per 6-week schedule

2 holidays (1 in summer, 1 in winter)

Float Pool Responsibilities :

As a member of our Internal Float Pool, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly within various departments including ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU support. Every shift will present new challenges and opportunities for growth.

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Float between specialized units while maintaining clinical excellence

Adapt to various workflows and clinical situations

Qualifications :

Experience : At least 18 months of RN experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry (2 years preferred)

Flexibility : Able to work specified shifts in the 6-week schedule

Training & Skills Gained :

ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound training

Charge Nurse cross-training to enhance leadership skills

Licenses & Certifications :

Active RN license in the state of practice

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Educational Requirements :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
