Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Palantir Foundry Developer to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and AI / ML workflows within the Foundry platform. The ideal candidate will have strong data engineering skills, hands-on PySpark expertise, and the ability to integrate machine learning models into production-grade ETL processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Engineering & ETL

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines in Palantir Foundry using PySpark and Code Repositories .
  • Implement data ingestion from multiple structured, semi-structured, and unstructured sources.
  • Optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance compliance.

AI / ML Integration

  • Build and deploy machine learning models within Foundry workflows.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize ML pipelines.
  • Implement feature engineering and model monitoring in production.

    • Collaboration & Best Practices

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and data scientists to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Follow CI / CD best practices for Foundry code repositories.
  • Document processes, transformations, and workflows.

    • Technical Skills

  • Strong proficiency in Python and PySpark .
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry (Code Workbooks, Ontology, Transformations, Contour, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of distributed data processing and Spark optimization .
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases.
  • Familiarity with data modeling and schema design .
  • Experience integrating AI / ML models into ETL workflows
