Role Description

As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support the creation and maintenance of dashboards, generate business reports, and coordinate with senior analysts to deliver operational recommendations. Frequent duties include automating BI solutions using Tableau, Power BI, or Snowflake; performing statistical analyses; and assembling data stories from complex datasets. The role also encourages developing new workflows for data integration using Databricks, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Lake.

Required Skills

Candidates require a foundation in SQL, experience with at least one BI visualization tool, and comfort with data cleaning and transformation processes. Ability to interpret business requirements, transform these into actionable KPIs, and communicate findings clearly are critical. Familiarity with cloud-based BI architectures is increasingly requested. Employers prioritize applicants with demonstrable, client-oriented BI projects (including class projects, internships, or freelance work).
