Bean Sprouts Café is a women-owned, award-winning, hip & healthy café concept located inside family destinations such as children's museums and science centers. We offer great daytime hours, fun work environments, and opportunities for advancement and leadership growth.

About the General Manager Position

The General Manager is responsible for both strategic planning and oversight of the day-to-day operations. The General Manager will act as liaison with our museum partner, and ensure each guest has an exceptional Bean Sprouts experience.

The General Manager leads and directs all aspects of the Café including :

• Creating a positive and playful environment for team members and guests
• Delivering an exceptional guest experience
• Ensuring exceptional preparation and presentation of all menu items
• Growing sales and managing costs
• Hiring, training, and ongoing team development
• Managing ordering and inventory
• Maintaining compliance with all food safety standards and applicable regulations
