[job_card.job_description]Post-operative care for craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and stroke treatments. Innovative techniques through the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute. Deliver and coordinate individualized, evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe and compassionate outcomes. Apply critical thinking skills to support optimal patient recovery. Contribute to enhancing the positive patient experience. Be part of a supportive team culture that values connection and collaboration. Work in an environment that prioritizes teamwork and continuous learning. Use nursing processes to assess patient needs and develop care plans. Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition promptly. Implement safety and risk-reduction strategies for improved patient outcomes. Coordinate discharge plans with an interdisciplinary approach. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care. Active Registered Nurse license in your practicing state. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Completion of an accredited nursing program. A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring patients. May involve exposure to chemicals, body fluids, and other hazards.

Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25
