About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary President to lead the development and establishment of two new hospitals, with a focus on community-based, patient-centered care. This executive will be responsible for the entire process of building the facilities, from designing the physical structure to defining operational workflows. A key aspect of the role is to recruit and inspire a diverse staff, including clinicians and support teams, to ensure the creation of new centers of healthcare excellence. The President will also be tasked with embedding a culture of innovation and deep community relationships, engaging local leaders, businesses, and residents to understand and address specific health needs. The successful candidate for the President role at the company's new hospitals will have a proven track record in executive leadership, with a strong emphasis on strategic growth and community engagement. The role requires a dynamic and innovative individual who can not only manage the facilities but also lead the transformative process of building and integrating them into the local healthcare landscape. A deep commitment to patient-centered care, a culture of innovation, and the ability to foster lasting relationships within the community are essential.
