Key Responsibilities

Drive local sales growth through proactive prospecting and lead generation

Identify gaps in home and auto insurance plans and offer comprehensive protection products

Build strong referral relationships within the community

Required Qualifications

At least one active license : Property & Casualty (P&C), Personal Lines, or Life & Health

Ability to obtain additional required licenses before the start date

Passion for community connection and solution-based selling

Experience in delivering world-class customer experiences
